Who is LifeHelp?

We are a family-owned company in Northern California that has been asked by your credit union to serve as a bridge between you, and life insurance companies. For more than 35 years, we’ve been helping America's credit union members better protect their families, by introducing people like you to life insurance that fits your needs, from leading insurance companies, and making it as simple as possible for you to apply for that coverage.

The fundamental and unique operating principle of any credit union is captured by the phrase, “People helping people.” LifeHelp embraces this philosophy wholeheartedly.

It’s in that spirit that your LifeHelp agent will represent your interests, each step of the way:

  1. Answer all your questions, to help you make comfortable, informed choices – never with any pressure
  2. Help you determine what type of life insurance provides a good fit for your situation, budget and the purpose(s) of your coverage
  3. Help you complete your application
  4. Apply their knowledge of insurance companies and policies to “shop” your application where you are most likely to be approved, at the best available rates
  5. Stay available to you from start to finish, until you have the coverage you want
